From the age of three, our swimmers get comfortable in the water and begin learning the essentials. They'll practise safe water entry and exit, gain confidence with water splashing and being submerged, and start to develop basic floats like the star and pencil float. They'll also work on treading water, blowing bubbles, and gaining independence with basic movements, all while focusing on fun and water safety.
